SERVICES

Counsel

Confused about your student's rights or what your school district is proposing?

We can translate the complex terms contained in your child's IEP or assessments into easy to comprehend real world language and help you decide your next steps.

Advocacy

Feeling alone, surrounded, attacked and/or dismissed at your child's IEP team meeting?

We can attend your meetings to ensure that your concerns are addressed and you are treated as an equal in the conference room.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

At an impasse with your school or tired of just hearing "no" in response to your requests?

We can work with your school or its attorney outside of the IEP process to try to achieve your goals .

Litigation

Tried everything and still getting nowhere?

We can present your case to the proper tribunal with confidence. Whether it is the California Office of Administrative Hearings for a special education due process hearing, a school or county board for an expulsion hearing, or the United States District Court for an appeal of an adverse ruling, emergency injunctive relief,  or a civil rights claim, we have over a decade of experience fighting for kids in these venues.

COSTS

There are never any surprises with our fee structure. We offer a flat rate fee for services and have a limited number of no-cost slots available each month.
